We are separate. We are an independent firm with no ties to banks or large brokerage houses, meaning that we provide truly unbiased advice and services and have only your interests at heart. As an independent firm, we assess and chose the best of the entire world of investments, and you can rest assured that our compensation will not change depending on what investments we recommend to you. The investments we use to populate your investment portfolio are chosen simply because they are the best for you.
We are supportive. It’s not difficult to find someone who is willing to invest your money. What is challenging, however, is finding someone you can trust to be your advocate, someone who has the credentials and education to give you meaningful, accurate and thorough advice, and someone who is willing to invest the time necessary to learn about you. Our very firm name, from the Latin word “friend,” represents our dedication to fully understand your specific financial goals, priorities and values, and to develop a financial plan and investment strategy consistent with those objectives.
